عزيزى القارئ هناك العديد من الطرق لانقاص الوزن والتى تحتاج الى روح المثابره والاصرار على تحقيق هدفك واقدم للك بعض 

الافكار التى تساعدك على تحقيق هدفك والشعور بنشوه الانجاز  وهى كالتالى 

1. لابد من تناول الفاكهه مرتين باليوم على الاقل.
   
2. اشرب كميات كبيره من الماء يوميا . فهذا المياه تساعدك على تقليل احساسك بالجوع , فضلا عن ان صحه الجسم تحتاج كميه كبيره من المياه . لذلك اجعل كوب ملئ بالماء امامك باستمرار سواء فى العمل او فى المنزل .
   
3. درب عقلك باستمرار على الوزن المثالى الذى تتمنى ان تكون عليه . فكل ما تتمناه وتركز عليه افكارك ومشاعرك يمكننك تحقيقه فقط بالاصرار والمثابره .
   
4. احزر من تناول الطعام وانت تشاهد التليفزيون . حيث ان مشاهده التلفزيون اثاء تناول الطعام تفقد لديك حاسه الشبع وتاكل كميات طعام كثيره , ولن تشعر بالشبع .
   
5. مارس رياضه مفضله لديك ( سباحه - ركوب دراجات - مشى - جيم - جرى -كاراتيه - إلخ ) وداوم على ذلك فالرياضه والحركه اهم طرق المحافظه على صحه الجسم .
   
6. تناول بعض الاطعمه التى تساعده على الاحساس بالشبع مثل ( اللب بجميع انواعه ) حيث انك اذا نظمت عشاءك لاكل قليل من اللب سوف يشعرك بالشبع . حيث ان حركه الفكين باستمرار وافراز اللعاب يجعلك تشعر بالشبع .
   
7. إجعل عقلك يعتقد انك اكلت كميات كبيره من الطعام عن طريق تحريك الفكين فى الفم باستخدام اى نوع من ( اللبان )
8. تناول عصير الليمون باستمرار حيث انه يقلل من شعورك بالجوع .
   
9. حاول ان تضع هدف بمده محدده للوصول للوزن المثالى الذى ترغب فيه وتكتب هذا الهدف فى ورقه وتضعها اما عينيك باستمرا فى المطبخ وغرفه النوم والصاله . ليكن هدفك بسيطا ويمكن تحقيقه مثل انك سوف تقل 5 كيلو فى مده شهر , وحقق هذا الهدف , ثم انتقل الى هدف اخر , سوف تشعر بفرحه ونشوه الانجاز . وداوم على ذلك . 
   
10. لابد من توفير ميزان فى البيت للتاكد من وزنك باستمرار .ولتقييم النتائح .

Father Photoshops Three Daughters into Fantastical Scenes

Just by looking at these photos, it's hard to tell who's having more fun..the father or his three girls! About three years ago, John Wilhelm felt as though something was missing with his photography. Bored with just straight out of the camera shooting, he entered the world of digital manipulation. The rest, as they say, is history. "At that point I thought it would be impossible to reach a 'pro-level; but I stuck to the idea and was able to progress pretty quickly," he tells us. "Fortunately there are so many cool resources out there in the web to teach yourself."
John had been surrounded with photography as a child, so it always played an important part in his life. His father was the founder of two photography clubs and John has many memories of playing in his darkroom with his sister, while his father was developing his shots.
John's own magic happens in the attic. That's where he constructs his fantastical scenes with his three daughters. Just how does he get them to cooperate? "To shoot kids is easy," he says, "but if you need them in a certain pose it gets difficult. I usually try to inspire them by telling them an interesting story about an upcoming project. We simulate the studio situation without the camera. Once upstairs in my little attic/studio, there's often not much more time than two to three minutes before they loose their attention and motivation. Sometimes sweets can help."

Resilient Baby Born Without Full Skull Is an Empowering Beacon of Hope

When Jaxon Buell was born with microhydranencephaly—a rare condition that prevents the skull and brain from fully forming—it seemed as though there was little hope. "In the first three weeks of Jaxon's life, when we were still with him in the NICU and there was so much uncertainty, the doctors would continuously prepare us for the worst and to get ready to take Jaxon home simply for 'comfort care,'" Jaxon's father, Brandon Buell, told The Huffington Post. "They truly did not expect him to make it very long. Yet, every day that we were with Jaxon, even from the beginning, we were seeing a small glimmer of hope, which has grown more and more each day, and it was that hope in him and the fight he always had that very naturally gave him the nickname of 'Jaxon Strong.'"
With each passing day, the young boy continues to inspire countless people through his Facebook page. Despite the many setbacks that Jaxon has faced, he approaches each new day with positivity and perseverance. "Our main focus is keeping Jaxon happy and comfortable and doing our best to give him the best life possible," said Buell. "We know better than anyone else how precious his days are with us. We also keep a broader view, and no matter what happens in the future, we know Jaxon will add something of amazing value and inspiration to this world. He has already touched so many lives, and we could not be more proud."
On September 26th, Buell added, "Tomorrow, Jax will be 13 months old. It’s hard not to think about how this all started and where we are today. Most importantly, Jaxon is still here with us, still learning, still developing, still thriving. He’s back to smiling at us, always so happy in the morning after he wakes up and takes turns looking at both Mommy’s and Daddy’s face, seemingly as if he is so excited to start another day. [...] No matter who you are or what you believe in, it’s clear that Jaxon’s tiny footprints will have a lasting impression on this world, and that he has already touched and inspired more lives in one year than most of us ever will in our lifetime.
